You don’t need any prior knowledge or training experience - I’ll explain everything clearly and simply, and make sure you feel supported from day one.

I use periodisation to plan your training in structured phases, called cycles - each with a specific goal, such as building muscle and strength, improving endurance, or burning fat. This method keeps your workouts focused and progressive, helps prevent injury, and reduces the risk of hitting plateaus. It also ensures your training remains fresh and tailored to your individual needs, delivering real, lasting results.

 

Personally, I used this approach to lose 40kg within two years while increasing muscle mass, without starving myself or relying on intense cardio. During that time, I deliberately gained and lost 15kg to prove that body composition can be strategically manipulated. You might be surprised to learn that, in some cases, gaining a little weight can actually support fat loss and improve overall body composition. That’s the kind of insight I bring to your journey - practical, evidence-based, and proven through experience.

Address the side effects of weight loss - You’ll learn how to manage the natural slowdown in metabolism after weight loss, and how to boost it again with simple, effective strategies, preventing unwanted weight regain.

 

Regular Check-Ins - I will schedule free regular check-ins to measure progress, address any concerns and how to tackle them, provide feedback, and constantly measure your fatigue to stimulus ratio (rare to see a PT would do now a days, knowing how to do that will increase your chances of rapid transformation).

What Is Your Goal For Me?

As your personal trainer, my goal is to help you achieve your fitness objectives while giving you the knowledge and confidence to train and manage your nutrition independently. I want you to feel empowered, well-informed, and fully capable of continuing your journey on your own whenever you're ready.

Where Will You Train Me?

You’ll be training in a private gym equipped with all the necessary equipment and machines, with no entry fee required as part of my service. This isn’t your typical commercial gym - it’s a focused, mature environment where professionals, personal trainers, powerlifters, and dedicated gym-goers train. There’s no judgment here; instead, you'll be surrounded by a supportive community that encourages growth and progress.

How Will Everything Be Recorded?

Nearly everything will be paperless, from document signing and invoices to your training programs. The process is simple and user-friendly, so no prior tech experience is needed. You just need to focus on achieving your goal.
