
​My Story
Two years ago, I faced a turning point. Sciatica had me stuck in bed for weeks, and I wasn’t looking after myself - I felt heavy carrying excess weight, tired all the time - both physically and mentally, and honestly, pretty low. I hit a point where I knew I had to turn things around.
I began training at the gym with modest goals - mainly to reduce the pain and drop a few kilos. What I didn’t expect was how that choice would lead to a complete transformation. It reshaped not just my body, but also my mindset, confidence, and overall approach to life.
At first, I thought I’d left it too late. Being in my late thirties, it felt like the window to make a real change had closed. But the more I learned about fitness, the science and literature behind it, and how the body works, the more I realised that’s not true. It’s never too late. Age, gender - none of that stops you from losing fat, building muscle, and completely reshaping your body at any stage of life.
Since shifting my mindset and committing to disciplined training and nutrition into my life, I’ve gone through the kind of transformation most people assume is only possible when you’re younger. I often hear that I look younger now - but more importantly, I feel it. Stronger, healthier, and more energised. That’s the kind of change I want to help others experience too.
My background isn’t in sports science, but I strongly believe in an evidence-based approach to training and nutrition. With a degree in Sociology and CIPD qualifications in HR, I’ve developed strong research and analytical skills — and I’ve used those to dive deep into fitness, training methods, and nutrition science. My knowledge isn’t just from a personal trainer course; it’s built on years of self-led study, practical application, and seeing real results with the people I’ve trained and advised.
For clients:
As a personal trainer, my goal is not just to get clients results — it’s to teach them how to take full control of their body and fitness journey. I want my clients to understand how to manipulate their body to get lean, toned, or bulked, and to feel confident in their own skin. Whether it’s preparing for an event, holiday photos that come their way or feeling their best in everyday life, I’m here to guide.
I’m also deeply knowledgeable on supplements, immune health, and cutting through the myths and trends that often waste peoples time and money. I want to ensure my clients understand what truly works, what’s backed by science, and what’s just another passing fad. With me, my clients won’t just get a workout — they will learn the technicalities behind each exercise, how to do them effectively, and how to avoid injury. My approach is different, because I focus on education, empowerment, and real, sustainable results.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck. But I also know what it feels like to break through those limits, transform a body, and gain a sense of empowerment never thought possible.​
